At Divine Escape Hair and Body Studio, we want our clients to reach an ultimate level of relaxation and well-being.
We strive to have a quiet and tranquil atmosphere, so when visiting Divine Escape, please remember to:​​​

Spa Policies
Payments
We accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Cash and E-transfer.
First Time
A deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking for all first time clients. This deposit will be applied to your first service.
Cancellation
As part of our continued effort to provide our clients with the very best of service and accommodate all appointment requests we’ve had to make some adjustments to our current cancellation policy.

We want to note that we are a one-on-one experience; so, we have specifically blocked that entire time just to see YOU! We must request 48 HOURS NOTICE to cancel or change an appointment. This will allow us to offer the appointment time to another guest and ensure that our staff isn’t financially inconvenienced.​

Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in charging a Missed Appointment Fee which is 50% of the appointment missed, arriving more than 15 minutes late may also result in this fee if your therapist is unable to perform your service due to timing.

This also applies to last minute modifications, you will get charged 50% of the service you cancelled.

Late Policy
Please be aware that if you are running late, your spa experience will be shortened in order to honour the time reserved for our next Guest. If you are too late to complete your service you will be required to pay for the full missed appointment fee prior to rebooking.
No Shows
No Show’s will be required to pay for the full missed appointment fee prior to rebooking.
