At Divine Escape Hair and Body Studio, we want our clients to reach an ultimate level of relaxation and well-being. We strive to have a quiet and tranquil atmosphere, so when visiting Divine Escape, please remember to:

Have cellphones off or set to silent. Absolutely NO talking on cellphones.
Our Minimum Age Requirement for Clients is 6 years.
Please speak in a quiet voice.
Leave small children at home.

Booking

It is recommended that you book your appointments 2-3 weeks in advance if possible. Many of our technicians and therapists are booked in advance. But we encourage you to check in for last-minute openings. Bookings may be made in person or by phone.

Gratuities

If you enjoyed your service and wish to express that in the form of a tip, you can do so at time of payment. Tips are greatly appreciated, but are not expected or necessary.

Payments

We accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Cash & E-transfer for payment.

COVID-19

Protocol Changes due to COVID-19

Deposit required at time of booking for all first time clients.

Please do not come to Divine if you are feeling ill, have come in to contact with anyone ill or have traveled in the last 2 weeks.

No Refunds or Exchanges of Product at this time.

Online Booking is currently suspended.

Please come alone to your appointment.

Cancellation, No-Show, and Late Policy

As part of our continued effort to provide our clients with the very best of service and accommodate all appointment requests we’ve had to make some adjustments to our current cancellation policy.

We want to note that we are a One-on-one experience; so, we have specifically blocked that entire time just to see YOU! We must request 48 HOURS NOTICE to cancel or change an appointment. This will allow us to offer the appointment time to another guest and ensure that our staff isn’t financially inconvenienced.

Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in charging a “Missed Appointment Fee” which is 50% of the appointment missed, arriving more than 15 minutes late may also result in this fee if your therapist is unable to perform your service due to timing.

No Show’s will be required to pay for the full missed appointment fee prior to rebooking.

This also applies to last minute modifications you will get charged 50% of the service you cancelled.

Gift Certificates

Divine Escape Hair and Body Studio gift certificates are available. They may be purchased in any denomination or service, and are for the dollar value only of the purchase price. They can purchased in person or by phone.
